On this page the terms when we use the words 'we', 'us', 'our', we are referring to the owner of the site, as shown above. When we use the words 'you, 'viewer', 'reader', 'user', 'anyone', we refer to the person or persons browsing this website, using a web-based browser to do so.

(a) By signing the Estimate, the signatory ("the Client") accepts personal liability for paying the Company's charges in full, regardless of any entitlement the Client may have to payment from or reimbursement by a third party

(e.g. by the DSS or the deceased's estate)

(b) The Company will confirm the details of the chosen funeral in writing, and the Client agrees to inform the Company immediately of any errors or omissions.



The Client acknowledges and accepts that the Company's charges may vary from the Estimate:

(a) if the actual cost of the listed disbursements is higher than estimated; or,
(b) if the Client's instructions change or the circumstances change, additional charges (e.g. out of hour charges; additional bearers required; extra-large coffin required).

(c) if the time or mileage allowances, as shown on our price list, are exceeded, additional charges will be made.



(a) Where the Client has selected a "The Simple Funeral", all charges and disbursements are payable in full at least three working days before the funeral occurs.

(b) Where the client selects a funeral from our General Charges, all disbursements are payable in full at least three working days before the funeral occurs. Failure to do so may result in the funeral arrangements being delayed or even cancelled.

(c) Where the client selects a funeral from our General Charges, all Service Charges are payable upon receipt of Invoice, fourteen days from the invoice date.

(d) The Company shall be entitled to charge interest on overdue invoices at the rate of 6% above the base rate, from time to time, of Barclays Bank plc until payment is received in full. Further, the Company shall be entitled to charge the Client for all third party costs and expenses (including, without limitations, the cost and expenses of any debt collection agency and/ or solicitors instructed by the Company, as well as any Court fees, filing fees and associated costs) incurred in the collection of overdue invoice payments.

(e) When Credit Card makes a payment, a 2% surcharge is added to the cost of disbursements (not to the Company's charges), to cover the Credit Card Company's charges on these items.


While the company will make arrangements with third parties, (e.g. clergy, cemetery/crematorium, church, doctor), and will include their charges as disbursements payable in advance, the Client acknowledges the Company is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such third parties. In making such arrangements, the Company acts as the Client's 'Agent'.


(a) All dates and times for the funeral are subject to the company's final confirmation.

(b) The Company reserves the right to make changes to Funeral arrangements due to reasons beyond its control. Where practicable, such changes will be notified to the Client in advance, but, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company's charges remain payable in full.

(c) The Client must give reasonable notice to the Company of any requested changes to funeral arrangements, and such requests are subject to agreement by the Company.

Modification and changes

The owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, in which case the revised changes will be effective from the date of their publication on this webpage here. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time to ensure that you are familiar with any changes or updates within these Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so does not invalidate any changes that may occur on this website, and your continued use of this website signifies your acceptance and agreement of such changes as and when they may occur.

UK Law and Courts

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed under English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
